As part of academic cooperation and the exchange of experiences among Iraqi universities, two faculty members from the University of Information Technology and Communications conducted a specialized scientific workshop hosted by the Administrative Technical College at the Middle Technical University, titled “The Role of Digital Transformation in the Service Sector: A Vision for the Future.”
The workshop was presented by lec. Hassan Muayyad Ibrahim from the Continuious Education Center and lec. Safaa Jawad Alwan from the Computer Center. The workshop addressed the importance of digital transformation in developing the service sector, its role in enhancing the efficiency of government institutions, facilitating services provided to citizens, and supporting economic growth.
The presenters also reviewed the key challenges facing digital transformation, in addition to discussing successful models and initiatives across various sectors, highlighting the contribution of the University of Information Technology and Communications in this field through the systems it has developed that support the path of digital evolution in the country.
