The Electronic Computing Center at the University of Information Technology and Communications held a workshop titled “The Electronic Office Management System (Secretarial),” presented by Ms. Sima Mutashar Kanaan (Senior Chief Programmer) at the center.

The workshop addressed rebuilding and updating the system to meet modern requirements by adopting advanced programming technologies and languages ​​that contribute to increased performance efficiency and an improved administrative work environment.

The workshop aimed to support the transition from traditional to electronic management, achieving speed and flexibility in completing tasks, ease of data access, and facilitating the work of secretarial offices at the university or any other institution. This includes documenting outgoing and incoming correspondence and official memos, managing office agendas (including appointments and meetings), and organizing and managing employee information.

This workshop was organized as part of the university’s efforts to develop electronic systems and enhance the digital transformation process across its administrative and academic departments.
