The University of Information and Communications Technology announces the holding of a public auction for the sale of the listed materials, details of which are classified as (damaged), in accordance with the public auction system. The auction will take place at the site of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, located in the Educational Complex / Baghdad – Al-Nidhal Street, on Wednesday, 31/12/2025.

The party to whom the auction is awarded shall bear all transportation and loading costs.
Conditions for participation in the auction:

1. Submission of an official clearance certificate for the purpose of participating in the auction.
2. Submission of a valid criminal record certificate to enter the auction.
3. Submission of legal guarantees prior to entering the auction.

Accordingly, those wishing to participate are requested to visit the University (Sales Committee) before the auction date and during official working hours to review the details and complete the required procedures.
