The University of Information Technology and Communications announces the re-announcement of holding an auction for the sale of the listed materials (damaged) according to the public tender system. The auction will be held at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, located in the Educational Complex / Baghdad – Al-Nidal Street, on Thursday, 8/1/2026.

The successful bidder shall bear all transportation and loading costs.

Conditions for participating in the auction:

1. Submission of an official clearance certificate for the purpose of participating in the auction.
2. Submission of a valid criminal record to be eligible to enter the auction.
3. Submission of legal guarantees before participating in the auction.

Those wishing to participate are required to visit the University (Sales Committee) before the day of the auction and during official working hours to review the details and complete the necessary procedures.
