Under the patronage of the President of the University, Professor Dr. Abbas Mohsen al-Bakri, the Department of Dormitory Affairs organized a Ramadan Iftar banquet for Arab students and residents of the university dormitories. The event took place in an atmosphere of friendship and brotherhood, attended by members of the administrative and supervisory staff.
This initiative is part of the University Presidency’s commitment to strengthening social ties among students—particularly visiting Arab students—and providing a supportive campus environment that fosters a sense of belonging and connection during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The banquet featured a distinctive Ramadan ambiance, reflecting the spirit of cooperation and closeness among the students. Attendees expressed their gratitude and appreciation for this initiative, noting how it brought joy and reinforced the “one family” spirit within the dormitories.
Organizers emphasized that such activities are part of an ongoing plan to support students and prioritize social and humanitarian aspects alongside their academic journeys, ultimately enhancing their overall educational experience at the university.
