In line with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s directives to enhance the quality of the evaluation process and elevate the academic rigor of examinations in Iraqi universities, the College of Medical Informatics at the University of Information Technology and Communications, under the auspices of the college’s deanship, organized a specialized scientific seminar entitled “How to Prepare and Formulate Exam Questions.”

The seminar, presented by Professor Dr. Hussein Lafteh Al-Jubouri, addressed a number of key topics related to the mechanisms for preparing and formulating exam questions according to modern standards, ensuring comprehensiveness, objectivity, and accuracy in measuring learning outcomes.

The seminar also reviewed the most prominent updates and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education regarding examination regulations and question preparation mechanisms, highlighting the academic principles adopted in constructing questions to achieve a gradual increase in difficulty and promote fairness in evaluation.
