On the occasion of World Day for Safety and Health at Work, observed on April 28, 2026, the University of Information Technology and Communications (UOITC) held an awareness activity for its students. The event was organized by the University Psychological Counseling Division, in cooperation with the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations and the Crisis and Disaster Management Unit at the University Presidency.
This activity reflects the university’s commitment to fostering a culture of prevention within the academic environment and minimizing potential accidents and risks. It aims to raise awareness among students, faculty, and staff regarding public safety measures and prevention methods.
The activity included the distribution of awareness brochures to students and staff, as well as the display of instructional materials on screens throughout the campus. These efforts contribute to solidifying the concepts of occupational health and safety, promoting a secure and sustainable university environment.
