The Continuing Education Center at the University of Information Technology and Communications concluded a course on teaching methods according to the updated curriculum for blended learning. The course targeted instructors from various humanities, administrative, educational, applied, and engineering disciplines, with the participation of several affiliates from academic and educational institutions.

The course aimed to develop the academic and educational skills of the participants and enhance their competence in employing modern teaching methods that keep pace with developments in the higher education system. It also aimed to solidify the concepts of blended learning according to the curriculum approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The training program included a series of theoretical and practical lectures that addressed the latest teaching methods, effective learning strategies, and mechanisms for interaction within the educational environment. Furthermore, it focused on developing presentation, delivery, and classroom management skills, all of which contribute to improving the quality of the educational process.

Following the conclusion of the course, the Director of the Continuing Education Center, Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Ahmed Abboud, met with the participants, emphasizing the Center’s commitment to continuing to organize high-quality training programs that contribute to developing teaching skills, enhancing academic performance, and supporting the university’s efforts to build a modern learning environment that meets the requirements of blended learning.
