The University of Information Technology and Communications (UoITC), through its colleges of Engineering, Biomedical Informatics, and Business Informatics, has announced the documents and official paperwork required to complete the registration process for students admitted for the new academic year.

The required documents include personal identification documents for the student and both parents, a residence card, a ration card (if available), six recent passport-sized photographs with a white background, the original certified preparatory school certificate, a grade confirmation document, a medical examination report, and a copy of the electronic admission decision.

Students enrolled in evening studies and the parallel education programme (government-funded parallel admission) must also be accompanied by their guarantor in person, who must present valid official identification to complete the required guarantee procedures.

The University has urged students to carefully review all documents and ensure that the University’s name, college, and department in which they have been admitted are correctly stated in accordance with the officially approved designations.
