The Department of Media and Government Communication at the Presidency of the University of Information Technology and Communications (UoITC) is one of the vital and important departments at the university, as it plays a pivotal role in covering and disseminating various activities and events. This department is responsible for preparing and organizing the requirements of these events, often as part of routine administrative procedures, and transforming them into simplified and clear media messages that help inform the audience, whether internal or external, about the activities and services provided by the university in various fields.
The department is managed by distributing daily tasks from the head of the department or his/her deputy to the heads of divisions, who in turn assign the tasks according to the nature of the activity. The assigned staff members handle administrative tasks such as official correspondences, daily mail, posting news on social media platforms, and other related tasks.
