By the cooperation with Aswar Company for training and development, The university holds a workshop named ‘Our Youth, Our Future’.

By the cooperation with Aswar Company for training and development, The university of Information Technology and Communication holds a training workshop named ‘Our Youth, Our Future’.

The workshop defined the company’s free training programs and the importance of such training courses for qualifying students and alumni in order find suitable jobs and gain self confidence in work.

Then, ‘Fatima Aziz’, the academy’s manager, has mentioned the cooperation between the company’s academy and The Ministry of Higher Education along with qualifying employment centers in Iraqi universities especially The UoITC, and other programs associated with the ministry such as ‘First Step’ and ‘The Beginning’. Which consisted of training groups of students in fields of (surveillance systems, fiber optics, networking, and power) in addition to setting up many applied laboratories in many Iraqi universities and supervising a group of graduating projects.

It is important to mention that Aswar Company has hired a group ofthe top level alumni of the UoITC.

Dr. Jane Jalil Estiphan, the University’s president’s assistant for scientific affairs, has presented the university’s shield to the academy’s manager.
