Cooperation with Zain Telecom, Faculty of Engineering conducts field visits to develop its students

The Faculty of Engineering at the University of Information Technology and Communications conducted a field visit to its students to Zain Iraq Telecom in bilateral cooperation to develop the skills of students.

The visit was organized by the Mobile Computing and Communications Engineering Department with Zain Iraq Telecommunications Company in order to prepare students academically and practically for their involvement in the labor market and the private sector.
During the visit, a number of educational lectures were held on how to obtain jobs in the company and in the private sector in general, and on modern technologies in the field of communications and networks, including the specialization of the college students.
The head of the Mobile Computing and Communications Engineering Department at the College, Dr. Jafaar Adhab said: “This step came in accordance with the directives of the university presidency and the Deanship of the faculty of the necessity of joint cooperation between the scientific departments and private sector companies to develop the skills of students and work to put them in the labor market and the private sector.”
