The Department of Media Technology Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering organizes a group Iftar for one of the Iraqi orphanages
Associate members of the Department of Media Technology Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Information Technology and Communications organized a group Iftar for orphan children adopted by the Charity Association.
The university’s president participated in this humanitarian work in the presence of the assistant to the president of the university for administrative affairs and scientific affairs, accompanied by the assistant dean and heads of the scientific departments in the Faculty of Engineering and a number of professors and employees of the university and students of the department who participated about 100 children orphaned at Iftar.
During the Iftar, the children were asked to discuss their educational and family situations in a spirit of faith recommended by our religion to take care of this oppressed group.
It is worth mentioning that the association sponsors a large number of orphans and provides employment opportunities for widows and orphans, as well as adopting many charitable projects in this regard while discussing the possibility of university participation in some of these great humanitarian works adopted by the association
For their part, the organizers of the Charity Association expressed their pride and appreciation for this humanitarian initiative in this holy month.
