The Faculty of Biomedical Informatics has organized an awareness-raising workshop in civil defense and how to deal with fires and promote safety requirements. The workshop was conducted in cooperation with the Sustainable Iraq Development and Services Organization and in coordination with the Baghdad Karkh Civil Defence Directorate.
It included important information on how to avoid fires and how to deal with them.
The workshop emphasis was placed on the importance of having a fire extinguisher, indicating its types, and how to use each type correctly by the type of the fire.
