The Directorate of Studies, Planning and Follow-up at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research held a meeting with the University of Information Technology and Communications to prepare the work of the electronic portals for the central admission system.
The meeting, in the presence of the Undersecretary for Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Yassin Al-Ithawi, and the President of the University of Information Technology and Communications, Prof. Dr. Abbas Mohsen Al-Bakri, discussed the necessary preparations to initialize the central admission system after receiving the electronic portals of the public channel and the families of the martyrs from the University of Information Technology and Communications
The president of the University of Information Technology and Communications, Dr. Abbas Al-Bakri, and the Director of the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Directorate, Dr. Ehab Al-Atabi, clarified that the joint technical team between the Directorate of Studies, Planning and Follow-up and the University of Information Technology and Communications is implementing programs to update the automated electronic system for the central admission channels to ensure the development of governance services, staff development and data protection.
Dr. Al-Bakri confirmed that the University provides more than one service electronically, and one of these services is to support the central admission mechanism through the electronic portal.
