The Continuing Education Center at the Information and Communications Technology University (ICT) has completed the first training course for the development and qualification of university leaders and human resources projects in the management skills axis.

This course came based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up and the implementation of the two projects to develop and qualify university leaders according to a scientific plan developed for the years (2023, 2024, 2025) and according to five axes, The first training course lasted five days from 14-18/5/2023 and was attended by a number of officials of departments, divisions and units at the university and its colleges, who received scientific training by qualified professors from the university.

The training course dealt with the topics of organizational structures, job descriptions, strategic planning, delegation of authority, administrative correspondence, meeting management, preparation of feasibility study and re-engineering of administrative processes, As well as the elements of successful management such as planning, organization and control.

The course concluded with the performance of the test for the participants, where the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs and the official of the Central Committee, Dr. Louay Ador George, and the members of the supervising committee were keen to be present to see closely the reality of the first development course for university leaders and human resources.
