The Presidency of the University of Information Technology and Communication honored the Google Developers Club team, a group of university students.
Dr. Mahdi Nassif, Administrative Assistant to the President of the University, presented certificates of appreciation to the Developer Club team from Google, who presented more than 60 events during the past year, as they were the most active team in the Middle East and North Africa and among the most influential and active clubs around the world, as the number of teams increased from 6 clubs To 25 clubs spread among Iraqi universities.
The Assistant President of the University appreciated the role of students in developing their skills and products, offering his support and encouragement to all participating students, and calling on the new team to invest in the support of Google and strive for the best.
Participation in all programming events at the local and global level in order to improve the academic reality and keep pace with the global development in the field of information and communication technology and provide the labor market with youth skills capable of keeping up with this development, which is beneficial to the educational process and our dear country.
While the new team of developers at the university presented its first workshop, which is a workshop on graphic design, types of designers, design principles and colors used.
