The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al -Aboudi, decides to adress the cases of students with restricted enrollments by returning them to their academic seats according to the type of study.

It was stated in the text of the decision:

First: Addressing the status of the students with restricted enrollment by returning them to their academic seats according to the type of study, whether morning or evening, and in the event of hosting to the morning study because there is no debate evening study in their colleges, they are exempt from additional wages.

Second: Treating the case of students with restricted enrollment in the morning study covered by the content of the Department of Studies, Planning and Monitoring, number 5660 in 2025/4/30 who are appointed according to the order of the Federal Public Service Council and the contractors installed according to Law 315 of 2019 who wish to return to the evening study as they are employees, which prevents them from enrolling in the morning study and the lack of evening study in their departments is transferred to their studies. To the corresponding study in the nearest state university, as well as private university or college at their request.
