The University Presidency affirms that all its work and procedures are managed in accordance with the laws, instructions, and regulations in force, and in line with the principles of integrity, transparency, and equal opportunity, away from any non-professional considerations. It emphasizes that any allegations or unverified information raised cannot be dealt with except through the approved legal and administrative frameworks.
Furthermore, the university stresses its respect for the freedom of opinion and expression guaranteed by the constitution and the law; however, this does not justify abusing individuals or institutions, or leveling accusations without verifiable evidence and documents.
The University Presidency calls upon anyone who possesses information, observations, or complaints to submit them through the approved official channels, ensuring they are reviewed and handled according to legal and administrative contexts to achieve justice and preserve the rights of all parties.
The university reserves its right to take the necessary legal measures against any practices involving defamation, abuse, or the dissemination of misleading information that would harm the reputation of the institution or its staff.
