A delegation of Alruad Alsadiqun Foundation supporting popular mobilization visited University of Information Technology and Communication to show their gratitude and express their appreciation for the University’s heroic role in the logistic convoys support to battlefields besides donating blood and money.

The delegation was welcomed by Dr. Abbas Muhsin Albakry, the university’s president. Both sides discussed many important and critical issues concerning the major security developments and the great victories achieved by security forces and the popular mobilization in battlefields.

Also, they discussed the main logistics which would help in supporting fighters, raising their morale, and increase the momentum of the battles. The university’s president praised the heroic role of the of the popular mobilization members and their strive defending Iraq and its sanctities during his speech with Sheikh Falah Alzaidy, the head of the foundation. He illustrated that without these heroes, safety and security would have never be restored in Iraq.

Albakry confirmed that the university held many events supporting the popular mobilization and security forces including blood donation campaigns and fund raising. In addition, it held many solidarity pauses supporting Iraqi forces and raising their spirits.

On the sidelines of the meeting, the head of Alruad Alsadiqun foundation presented a letter of acknowledgment from the Forth Brigade of Alsalam Brigades –Samaraa Operation Command and the foundation honoring shield to the university’s president honoring the exceptional efforts made to achieve the victories and free Samaraa sacred island.

On his part, Albakry presented the university’s shield to the head of the foundation in appreciation of the exceptional efforts made by the foundation in supporting the members of the popular mobilization.
