The Digital Transformation Committee towards e-government at the General Secretariat of the Iraqi Council of Ministers, in cooperation with the University of Information Technology and Communications, held a workshop on spreading the culture of digital transformation in institutions, by launching a project for training and developing the state institutions cadres.
The workshop aims to focus on the importance of the digital transformation project for the country after forming a group of teams concerned with digital and technological transformations.
The Head of the Training, Development and International Support Team / President of the University Prof. Dr. Abbas Mohsen Al-Bakri presented the first workshop for a project to train and develop state institutions cadres, stressing that the training, development and international support team provides a training program that includes a set of courses and workshops that will develop and upgrade the skills of the cadres and staff of state institutions, private sector and institutions not associated with a ministry.
The university president indicated during the workshop the need to pay attention to the issue of digital transformations, as it is necessary to deal with care and mastery towards this modern technology, which requires radical change, especially in the field of business, determining the mechanism of action and eliminating many problems facing institutions and companies.
