Based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research, the center of continuous education at the University of Information Technology and Communication (UoITC), completed the third phase of a course to develop and qualify leading staff and human resources (the legal skills axis). The course lasted for five days, starting from 18-22/6/2023.

The course was presented by Dr. Muhammad Abdul Aziz Jabr and Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Matshar Ne’ma from the University of UoITC with the attendance of a number of departments and divisions’ officials, who received scientific training.

It dealt with many topics related to legal aspects in governmental institutions, such as defining the law of discipline of state employees, the rights & duties, prohibitions that an employee must be familiar with any institution, explaining the law of university service and civil service, and finally introducing the intellectual property protection law and its consequences.

The course concluded with a test for the participants, in the presence of the members of the supervising committee.
