The Continuing Education Center at the University of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) has completed the fourth training course for the University Leadership and Human Resources Development and Qualification Program (e-Governance and Informatics Pillar).
This course comes based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up and the implementation of the projects of developing and qualifying university leaders according to a scientific plan developed for the years (2023, 2024, 2025) and according to five axes, The fourth training course lasted five days from 30/7 – 3/8/2023 and was attended by a number of officials of departments, divisions and units at the university and its faculties who received scientific training,
The course was provided by Assistant Professor Dr. Samer Muhammad Ali from the Computer Center and Dr. Ban Qasim Jawad from the Quality Assurance Department at the University of Information and Communication Technology.
The course dealt with many topics related to the aspect of e-government and e-management of institutions’ websites, Information systems, information and data security, types of hackers, methods of prevention, the importance of cybersecurity, and identifying the advantages of artificial intelligence, And dealing with social networking sites, and electronic archiving system.
The course concluded with the performance of the test for the participants in the fourth development course for university leaders and human resources.
