The President of the University of Information Technology and Communications, Prof. Dr. Abbas Mohsen Al-Bakri, chaired the committee to discuss a doctoral thesis in the College of Computer Science and Mathematics. The discussion was attended by the President of Mosul University, Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and addressed the prediction of small loads in a distributed cloud-based system for issuing traffic violations.
