Medical informatics professors visit the children’s hospital

Many professors from the College of Biomedical Informatics visited the children’s hospital in the Aliskan area.

The college staff organized a visit to the hematology department at the children’s hospital to provide gifts and donations to children suffering from leukemia.

This humanitarian initiative is part of the college and university activities that serve the community and this affected group due to these serious diseases.

UoITC Organizes a Solidarity Stand Supporting Palestinian People

Following the directive of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, His Excellency Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, for universities to organize solidarity stands with the Palestinian people, members and students of UoITC organized a solidarity stand to support universities and international academic institutions that supported the Palestinian cause and opposed the Zionist aggression.
Banners and slogans in support of the Palestinian cause and others against Zionist tyranny and its brutal crimes against the Palestinian people were raised during the protest.
UoITC has organized solidarity rallies on many occasions to support the Palestinians and support their heroic steadfastness.

The University organizes a workshop on soft skills and their impact on the functional community

The Auditing and Internal Control Department and the Administrative and Financial Department organized a workshop on soft skills and their impact on the functional community.
The workshop, which was delivered by Assist. Lect. Iqbal Ahmed and Assist. Lect. Asma’a Abdul Rahman discussed the educational, moral, and academic dimensions of using soft skills and how to distinguish them from hard skills in the academic and functional aspects.
The workshop also clarified the lofty goals behind the abilities and capabilities in activating them in the practical, administrative, and functional aspects, and the attendees also had a role in asking questions and interacting, as the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs proposed the possibility of activating artificial intelligence in developing soft skills.
