The departments and Sections of the Presidency of the University of Information Technology and Communications, in cooperation with the Agricultural Section , organized tree-planting campaign in the gardens of the University Presidency in Al-Mansour building, as part of an initiative aimed at enhancing green spaces and improving the university environment and in line with the tree-planting campaign launched by the Baghdad Municipality.

A number of members of the Computer Center, Departments of Quality Assurance and University Performance, offices, companies, student activities, warehouses, maintenance, and civil defense participated in the campaign, where the front and side gardens of the building were cleaned, and a group of various seedlings and trees were planted to give an aesthetic appearance and increase the vegetation cover inside the university campus.

This initiative comes as part of the university’s efforts to create a healthy and sustainable work environment and encourage a culture of interest in plants and green spaces among its members.
