Business Informatics College launches a campaign to donate books and resources

Business Informatics College at the University of Information Technology and Communications announces the launch of the “Jaees and Musleh” voluntary initiative to receive donations of books and scientific references in the college library.
The campaign aims to provide the libraries of rehabilitation institutions with scientific and cultural books and references in order to enhance and develop the capabilities of students in Iraqi prisons and to achieve a kind of scientific solidarity among all classes.
This campaign is one of the joint social initiatives aimed at enriching the libraries of rehabilitation institutions, especially with various books, and filling their need for purposeful publications that they lack.
Those wishing to donate and participate should visit the college’s site located in Baghdad, Al-Nidhal Street, near Ibn Al-Haytham Eye Hospital.

Biomedical informatics organizes an entertainment trip for a group of orphaned students

The College of Biomedical Informatics at the University of Information Technology and Communication organized an entertainment trip for a number of orphan students to Al-Zawraa Park.

The orphaned children were accompanied by a group of professors, employees and students of the college and university, where an atmosphere of joy and happiness prevailed on the faces of these children.

This activity aims to increase social solidarity among the members of the same society, take care of this segment, and impart a spirit of cooperation and altruism among the people of the same country.

It is worth noting that these social activities fall within the voluntary work carried out by the university and its colleges in community service.
